Reporting directly to the Division Manager, the Branch Operations Manager will oversee all daily branch functions and must be a driven individual with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and profitability across all branch sectors
  • Meet asset management and market share objectives
  • Lead and nurture all branch personnel, aiming to cultivate a motivated and successful team dedicated to the long-term prosperity of the company, clients, and employees
  • Provide insights and feedback regarding future opportunities and competitive challenges
  • Oversee branch account receivables in collaboration with the Director of Credit Services
  • Perform additional duties as required

Essential Skills

  • Proven capability to inspire and motivate team members
  • A robust work ethic paired with a commitment to excellence
  • Relevant post-secondary education is advantageous

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in the heavy equipment sector, complemented by 3-5 years in a progressively responsible management position
  • Demonstrated background in product support and a solid understanding of departmental operations
