Branch Manager Job Summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Ottawa and Cardinal, ON Peterbilt Truck & Trailer location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all daily branch activities and driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and asset management goals
  • Manage and develop employees to build a motivated workforce
  • Provide input on future opportunities and competitive pressures
  • Manage branch account receivables

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in heavy equipment, supplemented with 3-5 years' experience in a management role
  • Proven product support background and understanding of departmental operations
