- Schedule work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet project deadlines.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
