Job Description:

The Landscape Supervisor role at Terrassement MRCM Inc involves overseeing the direct planting of trees, gardens, and lawns. This position requires hiring, supervising, and scheduling staff to ensure efficient operation. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct planting operations for trees, gardens, and lawns to maintain high-quality standards
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of landscaping professionals to meet company objectives
• Develop and implement effective schedules to optimize resource allocation and productivity
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise grounds maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
