Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Critical Care Unit, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding patient and family-centered care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, emphasizing assessment, education, prevention, and the restoration of patient health. Your ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities Include:
- Commitment to ongoing learning and quality improvement.
- Assuming leadership roles and demonstrating self-motivation in continuing education related to patient assessment and care.
- Fostering positive public relations and collaborative relationships in a family-centered care setting.
- Exhibiting competence in emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Critical Care Certificate is required.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
- Experience in Critical Care/ICU is preferred.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

This is a Full-Time Permanent position with 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts in the Critical Care Unit.
