Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to flooring products and services.
- Assist clients in choosing suitable flooring materials tailored to their preferences and requirements.
- Accurately process orders, payments, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments for flooring consultations, measurements, and installations.
- Collaborate with installation teams to guarantee timely and satisfactory project completion.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and warranty details to customers.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction with products and services.
- Work alongside sales and marketing teams to promote special offers and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Proven sales experience in the flooring industry.
