Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at 1185280 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining electronic security systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults to identify and resolve issues
  • Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies as needed
  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports to document your work
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand system designs and layouts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Office skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Knowledge of networks, wireless networks, and wireless routers
  • Experience with alarm and surveillance systems
