We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a key member of our primary health care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a community setting
- Provide health promotion and protection services, including first-line treatment and emergency services
- Offer supportive counseling and instruction in the management of medical conditions
- Conduct community needs assessments and participate in evaluative projects
- Collaborate with and refer to other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements:
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree
- One year of experience in community needs assessment/development/health promotion
- Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in critical care, ER, acute care, or primary care
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS), Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS)

Other Information:
- Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as RN (NP)
- One year of nursing experience in a primary health or community setting preferred
- Position is based in Fort Qu'Appelle
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle available for work
