Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. As a part-time Registered Nurse in our Residential Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care and support to residents in accordance with established standards and policies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor resident health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and policies
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Saskatchewan
• Experience working in a residential care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the demands of the position
