Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Pool Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing swimming pools and related equipment, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Setup
    • Install swimming pools and related equipment, including water conditioners and other accessories.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
    • Determine layout and installation procedures, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the installation process and final product.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members, including supervisors and colleagues, to ensure that all installations are completed on time and to the highest standards.
    • Supervise and train other workers as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete installations safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in swimming pool installation or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Proficiency in customer service and communication.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
    • Knowledge of swimming pool installation procedures and safety protocols.
    • Ability to work at heights and in fast-paced environments.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Working at heights training.
