Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for rolling stock, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize costs, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance departments to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgetary requirements.
  • Oversee supplier performance, implementing metrics and improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or supply chain management, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in procurement management, with a strong understanding of fleet maintenance and logistics.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
