Senior Transit / Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are looking for skilled engineers to enhance our team at Tony Gee and Partners. This role offers the chance to engage in diverse projects both within Canada and on an international scale.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering design
  • Expertise in transit infrastructure development
  • Proven experience in bridge engineering
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver designs for rail and civil engineering initiatives
  • Strong knowledge in bridge loading and both steel and concrete design
  • Familiarity with structural analysis software tools
  • Capability to produce design outputs and lead engineering teams
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with composite design and foundation work
  • Proficiency in finite element analysis tools
  • Prior involvement in projects related to Metrolinx
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Mentorship experience with junior engineers
  • Creative problem-solving mindset
  • Awareness of cost management and project deadlines
  • Openness to seeking guidance when necessary
Required Credentials:
  • Professional Engineer (PEng) license in Ontario
