- Community Support and Involvement: Engage with the community, supporting local initiatives and promoting IGM Financial's commitment to social responsibility.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all activities within the region are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- University Degree: Hold a university degree in a relevant field.
- Management Experience: Possess previous management experience, preferably in leading large teams.
- Financial Services Experience: Have at least 10 years of experience within the financial services industry or a related field.
- Designations: Hold a CFP, PFP, or RRC designation, or be committed to earning one. Branch Manager Certification is preferred, and Financial Services Designations such as CLU, CFA, CA, or CMA are also desirable.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, listening, and support skills.
- Strategic Planning and Business Acumen: Demonstrate proven strategic planning and business planning ability.
