Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager or fintech consultant who excels in recognizing and leveraging opportunities to foster value and cultivate robust client relationships. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing client expectations and adept at problem-solving. Your background in financial services or similarly regulated sectors will be instrumental in navigating risk and compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with commercial clients, providing guidance on internal policies and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client interests.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide weekly updates to senior management regarding account activities.
  • Present information effectively to all levels of management and clients.
  • Manage client expectations professionally, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of their concerns.
  • Escalate critical issues as necessary for resolution.
  • Become the subject matter expert on assigned clients' operations and activities.
  • Support clients' business objectives by offering strategic insights into their programs.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements, including pricing, for all assigned clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client portfolios and propose new products and services to enhance their performance.

Compensation:

Peoples Group offers a competitive annual salary, complemented by a discretionary profit-sharing opportunity. The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
