Sales Representative

Guillevin International is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Salesperson to join our team. As an Inside Salesperson, you will play a key role in selling products, processing customer orders, and providing technical information to customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders and provide pricing information.
- Negotiate special prices and conditions with customers and/or vendors as per established criteria.
- Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner and follow up to ensure commitments are met.
- Proactively suggest associated and/or alternate products to customers.
- Promote focus product items to generate incremental sales.
- Inform the Business Centre Manager and Outside Sales Representative of customer feedback regarding price, products, and service.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on various product lines and broaden system knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated people skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly.
- Customer service driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
