- Document and analyze technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions align with business objectives.
- Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support the implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide strategic advice on information systems management, policy, and service delivery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Assess and mitigate physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to protect our clients' interests.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the impact of security breaches.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess the effectiveness of our software products and information systems.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Perform usability testing to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
- Operate testing equipment to ensure the quality of our software products and information systems.
- Provide ongoing support to our clients after the implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Document and report the results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of information systems management, policy, and service delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
