A1 Innovation Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in the field of information systems. You will be responsible for consulting with clients to identify their requirements, documenting technical requirements, and preparing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Confer with clients to identify requirements
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Usability testing
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
