About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team at Productmanagers. As a key member of our product team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and optimization across our Recommend channel.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for building scalable recommendation programs and partnering with marketing teams to drive strategy and growth. You will work closely with our product team to uncover insights and develop data-driven solutions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own the Recommend Data and Analytical Domains: You will be responsible for owning the Recommend data and analytical domains, including proactively making recommendations based on insights and experience in recommendations or referrals.
  2. Measure and Attribute Growth: You will collaborate with your team to track and quantify the growth your channel drives and how it is measured and controlled for incremental effects.
  3. Optimize Performance: You will optimize performance per country/program by running A/B tests and deep analysis into segments (RFM), lifetime values (LTVs), return on investment, etc.
  4. Explore Opportunities: You will have the opportunity to explore, size, and report on actual performance to senior stakeholders.
  5. Improve Forecasting and Recommendations: You will improve how your channel forecasts performance and inputs recommendations to the investment framework.
  6. Own Optimization Data Products: You will own optimization data products in Recommend by working closely with your team to identify what data and modeling needs to be collected and automated to build data products that enable maximal sustainable growth.
Requirements
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Python/R skills are advantageous
  • Familiar with data pipelines (we use dbt)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and storytelling ability with data
