Spelt's Shell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing policies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet business needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management.
As a Store Manager at Spelt's Shell, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to work 35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
