Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Director to lead our team at Spelt's Shell. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing price and credit policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Green job involving duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
