Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as required.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
