Description de l'emploi

Nous recherchons actuellement un assistant administratif à temps partiel pour notre service postal, qui adoptera une approche centrée sur le client lors de l'interaction avec la clientèle au comptoir.

Remarque : Le candidat idéal devrait résider dans la communauté concernée. Les candidatures des personnes vivant à proximité du bureau de poste peuvent être prises en considération si nécessaire.

Responsabilités professionnelles

  • Commercialiser des produits et services postaux aux entreprises et au grand public;
  • Trier, distribuer et traiter le courrier de manière efficace;
  • Fournir des informations et des formulaires aux clients;
  • Gérer les problèmes liés à la livraison et au service pour résoudre rapidement les préoccupations.

Critères d'admissibilité

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent, ou expérience en administration;
  • Formation et/ou expérience en service à la clientèle dans le secteur de la vente au détail;
  • Compréhension des systèmes de comptabilité ou des opérations postales;
  • Capacité physique suffisante pour soulever des conteneurs de courrier pesant jusqu'à 50 lb et rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
