Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Onni Hotel Management DBA OPUS Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the hotel's goals and objectives.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that the hotel is operating within its financial limits.
  • Enforce Policies and Procedures: Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of and adhering to them.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a high level of service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that they are fair and reasonable.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
