Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Timecard Associate to join our Service Center Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing time company-wide and providing support for related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily audit of all time, labor, and equipment data
- Assist in data entry, processing, and management of third-party, progress, and labor tickets
- Train employees and contractors on how to use the time portal and provide technical assistance when required
- Monitor accuracy and timeliness of data throughout the workflow
- Liaise with Human Resources, Payroll, and Project Control departments on employee records to reflect true data in the time portal
- Follow up with employees and contractors on a daily basis on time capture and provide assistance when required
- Communicate with managers and supervisors regarding employee and contractor time capture data
- Create weekly reports
- Manage new hires, record changes, and terminations within Vista ViewPoint
- Administer Group Benefits (Canada Life, Health Spending Account & Manulife)
- Support the Service Center Coordinator and act as a substitute in their absence
Requirements:
- 1+ years of related work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with confidence
- Technically inclined with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Expert organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-directed, able to set priorities, and meet deadlines
- High degree of competence, reliability, and judgment demonstrated in all aspects of work
