Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning
- Utilize electronic charting software to document patient sessions and recommendations
- Delegate treatment tasks to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants as needed
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless patient care
- Supervise Physiotherapy students (optional)
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset)
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Annual continuing education allowance with access to internal training opportunities
