Position Overview

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

The position is based in a meat processing and packing facility, where you will engage in various tasks related to meat preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meats for processing by cleaning and cutting.
  • Fulfill customer orders by preparing special cuts of meat.
  • Execute standard cuts of meat, ensuring quality and precision.
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into manageable parts.
  • Grind meats and shape, lace, and tie roasts, along with other meats, poultry, and seafood.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail.
  • Engage in physically demanding tasks.

Experience and Training
