Job Summary
As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for executing all manufacturing activities, including batch manufacturing records, clean-in-place processes, and steam-in-place processes. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure optimal cycle times, schedule adherence, and reliability and productivity goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties according to established safety standards and company policies.
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Access Apotex intranet for relevant SODs, MSDSs, company policies, and procedures.
- Notify Production Supervisor of any deviations from procedure, product defects, safety incidents, or non-conformance events.
- Participate in audits and investigations to promote a culture of compliance.
- Ensure company policies and regulations are implemented and followed.
Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 5-20 kg.
- Ability to bend, reach, push/pull mobile equipment, and bulk tanks for the duration of the shift.
Preferred Experience
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, executing manufacturing instructions, and using automated Clean In Place & Steam In Place systems is preferred.
