ADGA Group Consultants Inc is seeking a qualified Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to deliver essential support to Material Managers. This role involves collaboration with Life Cycle Material Managers and Supply Managers to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Integrated Logistic Support Plans for UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) fleets by managing master logistics planning documents that outline all relevant activities and processes.
- Prepare, manage, and process supply-related documentation to support acquisition and inventory management, including necessary supply system forms.
- Assist in cataloguing and administering the supply system for both new and existing materials.
- Plan and coordinate the distribution, movement, and transfer of materials, ensuring effective communication between personnel, depots, quality assurance teams, and external contractors.
- Provide expertise in the specification, design, development, and acquisition of systems through Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) advice.
- Support the management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Assets (GFA), including the oversight of SCA and loan agreements as applicable.
- Monitor, report, and process transactions related to material expenditures.
- Offer guidance on the management of supply accounts and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid PSPC Secret level security clearance and Controlled Goods Certification.
- Previous experience with the Department of National Defence (DND).
- Familiarity with the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) is highly advantageous.
- A degree at the Undergraduate or Post-Graduate level in Management Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field in Logistics Support, or a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within the last 7 years, demonstrating proficiency in at least 7 of the following areas:
- Maintaining Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP).
- Drafting system design specifications and consulting with stakeholders to ensure ILS integration.
- Designing Integrated Logistics Support Solutions that meet supportability and sustainability requirements while optimizing value within cost constraints.
- Conducting reliability and maintainability analyses.
- Performing system availability analyses.
- Engaging in Training Needs Analysis.
- Identifying Initial Support Packages, including calculating requirements for spare parts and special tools.
- Drafting correspondence and making recommendations regarding deliverables.
- Preparing Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs).
- Conducting Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs).
