We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Manna Fresh Korea Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all dishes are of the highest quality and presented in an appealing manner.
- Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
