As a key member of our Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and uncovering creative solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. Your insights will guide clients towards achieving exceptional business outcomes while establishing a sustainable competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the delivery of consulting services, including strategic and operational assessments, program design, stakeholder engagement, and various management consulting initiatives. Assist in the development of proposals and oversee the execution, management, and completion of client projects. Conduct thorough and intricate research, interpreting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to propose, plan, and implement enhancements for clients. Engage in research activities by collecting, developing, and analyzing data through various methods such as online resources, report evaluations, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and administrative data. Create, format, and proofread professional documents, including reports, proposals, presentations, and correspondence. Foster positive relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Ensure the delivery of high-quality client service products. Monitor project timelines against established targets, making adjustments as necessary; communicate project status to clients and clarify any discrepancies. Gain a comprehensive understanding of MNP's services and clientele through hands-on experience. Engage in networking and take a leadership role within the local professional community, promoting MNP and identifying new business opportunities. Advocate for MNP's advisory services by delivering presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops, or participating in community initiatives. Contribute to the innovation of new ideas and methods to enhance work processes while effectively utilizing MNP's internal programs and systems.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, political science, information science, or a related field. A master's degree in business, public administration, or a related field is preferred. 4 to 5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in a client-focused environment. Certification as a Certified Management Consultant is an asset. Experience in business and practice development is advantageous. A valid driver's license is required due to travel obligations.-
