Position: Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold project timelines utilizing MS Project
  • Support Senior Project Manager and Project Managers
  • Oversee the acquisition of materials and tools
  • Administer project documentation and status updates
  • Evaluate invoices and timesheets
  • Execute additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
  • Proven experience as a project administrator in commercial or industrial environments
  • Expertise in MS Project and AutoCAD
  • Willingness to travel to project locations for assessments and inspections
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations
