Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Reimar Construction and Forming. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own vehicle
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to travel regularly

  • Working at heights training

  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
