Job Summary

Groupe Leclerc is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing raw materials for all plants to ensure uninterrupted supply to production lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Group Buyers, Packaging Purchasing Manager, and Ingredient Purchasing Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies.
  • Process orders for assigned commodities and prioritize supply problems to meet tight production schedules.
  • Support buyers in negotiation and decision-making strategies and share strategic information related to the production plan.
  • Ensure compliance of supply with negotiated conditions and manage merchandise returns and associated credits.
  • Keep performance indicators up to date and update product and/or supplier information sheets.
  • Collaborate in the development of new sources of supply and work on process improvement based on prioritization of potential impacts.

Requirements

  • DEC or equivalent AEC in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Good planning, management, and organizational skills, as well as strong analytical skills and priority management.
  • Good communication skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics.
