About the Role

The Ottawa Humane Society is seeking a Customer Service Representative: Intake to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public, ensuring that animals in need receive the care they require.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the community to ensure animals in need receive the care they require.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education and experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
