About the Role

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. As a Physiotherapist with our organization, you will work in partnership with clients and families to establish goals that are safe, realistic, and reasonable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess service eligibility and facilitate the development, implementation, and adaptation of a care plan.
  • Deliver direct care and provide care management to assist clients to manage their own care and navigate through the various services available within the community setting.
  • Work in consultation with other system partners and incorporate current evidence into practice.

Qualifications

  • Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).
  • Two (2) years' recent, related experience in home and community care.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle required for local travel.
