Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Macland Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, including taking orders, serving food, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: 40 hours per week.
