Job Description:

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all inventory is accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all shipments are accurately processed and delivered on time.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all products meet quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all warehouse staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in logistics and inventory management, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in inventory management software and other relevant systems.
