As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
