We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Realtrustia Property Management.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and general journals.
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting records.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget and cost estimates.
- Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to manage financial data and maintain accurate records.
- 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language.
