Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Chateau Glengarry Retirement Living Center.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the care and well-being of residents
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
