Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at LSUP. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including walking and transferring.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, including engaging in activities and conversations.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English or French.
