Job Title: Personal Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Provider to join our team at Private Home. As a Personal Care Provider, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist in regular exercise, such as walking
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
  • Willingness to travel and use public transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and dependability
Work Environment:

Our clients reside in urban areas, and you will be working in their homes. You will be required to travel to different locations and use public transportation.

Language:

The primary language spoken in this role is English or French.Hours of Work:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of our clients.
