Merchandising Operations Specialist

The Merchandising Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all merchandising resets and service-related tasks are executed with precision and within designated timelines. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of merchandising and safety that our organization upholds.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team to prioritize and schedule project tasks effectively.
- Task Execution: Review and complete all assigned merchandising resets and service tasks, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the verification of buyback items, ensuring they are prepared and ready for shipping.
- Feedback and Analysis: Provide insights and updates on project execution to store, market, and corporate leadership.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and assist in resolving any store-level challenges that may arise.
- Technology Utilization: Employ web-based programs to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Experience with operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers is considered an asset.
This is a full-time position with a standard schedule from 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday. Please note that the schedule may vary based on project complexity.
