**Details of work place territory**: West Island McDonald's Restaurants Franchise office.

**The job**:Main functions accounting duties, assistant to the controller, daily ledger, data entry (receivables and payables), closing of month and year, Acomba Accounting program, Payroll processing using internal software (ADP Pay specialist payroll system).

Must maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

**Requirements and working conditions**:
**Education**: Accounting background

**Years of experience related to the job offer**: 6+ months experience

**Description of qualifications**: Must be able to communicate in both English and French fluently, written and spoken. Have computer knowledge, WORD, EXCEL, familiar with accounting terms and background and experience in Payroll.
