Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Services Technician to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for conducting field sampling and testing activities, working closely with our scientists and engineers to ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field sampling and testing activities, including hydrocarbon sampling and laboratory testing.
  • Participate in on-call schedules and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  • Travel to various locations, including remote sites, to conduct field work.
  • Book field jobs and complete associated paperwork.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of field sampling and testing activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or relevant technical training.
  • Knowledge of oil field and SAGD operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
  • Ability to learn new skills and sampling protocols.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver abstract.
  • H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO, PST, CSTS certifications an asset.
