  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning, with the ability to create innovative and appealing dishes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency required.
