We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at DESIRE PEAK CONSTRUCTION INC. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix paint to the desired color and texture.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
- Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and construction.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and handle odors.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- As per collective agreement.
