Gur Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to desired colour and texture.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
- Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- Ability to work at heights and in various locations.
- Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colours.
- Physically demanding work requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Maternity and parental benefits.
- Free parking available.
- Transportation provided by employer.
- Permanent employment.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
