Project Manager Junior

As a Project Manager Junior, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Clarity/Planview, Visio, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, PowerBI, or equivalents.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with project partners, establish trust, and establish a common/shared goal through effective facilitation, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with both business users and technology/infrastructure teams.
- Knowledge of radio and Public Safety Radio Network.
