JOB DESCRIPTION

AAA Canada is seeking an Electrical Inspector to become a vital part of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and other pertinent documentation to establish the order of operations.
  • Calibrate and assemble testing equipment for evaluating the functionality of electrical circuits and wiring.
  • Inspect the routing, crimping, soldering, and connections of electrical wires to ensure compliance with provided schematics.
  • Utilize testing instruments such as megohmmeters, ohmmeters, and continuity testers to conduct thorough inspections of assemblies and sub-assemblies before installation in aircraft, adhering to quality control and operational standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A D.E.P. in aerospace cable and circuit assembly, or a D.E.C. or A.E.C. in avionics techniques, or equivalent training in electrical inspection.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the French language, both spoken and written.

Required Experience

  • Relevant experience in a comparable position, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
